In 2022, UnitedHealthcare (UHC) planned to impose a white bagging policy, undermining provider control over medication management and creating unnecessary barriers to children’s care.

If Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHoA) couldn’t get UHC to reverse course, thousands of children in Georgia would lose in-network access to one of the nation’s premier pediatric hospitals.
